Our History
This group, founded by Michelle B Griffin on Jan 1, 2021, was a challenge support place where I posted daily as part of the #365 challenge, with 350 members joining me on the daily posting journey.
On Jan 1, 2022, we became The #365Creators to focus on 365x a year creating, showing up with comments and/or posts (no posting daily anymore)
In 2024, we pivoted to P.Y.OT and after an unintended pause, we're back, evolved from a LinkedIn group to more coming soon.
Today, we're a peer-supported safe place focused on creating connections and being visible with value on LinkedIn, online and in person.
